Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and a tracking number will be generated.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

Zoomies currently ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. Each package will have its own tracking number.

30-Day Product Warranty

All products purchased from Zoomies are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning within the warranty period, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Products that stop working within the warranty period

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper use

  • Damage caused by pets beyond normal play
